Political Observer Rico Marbun expects Indonesia not to fall into the economic system of neoliberalism.

In addition to not conforming to the Constitution, the neoliberal system proved to be miserable to the people.

"Neoliberal requires the management of production sectors to be controlled by the private sector, this is contrary to Article 33 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution which requires the strategic sector controlled by the state," he said.

In addition, according to Rico, the neoliberal economic system will further widen the gap between the rich and the poor.

Those who are below the poverty line can not compete with the capital authorities.

"The neoliberal school of thought will not be able to bring prosperity to the masses," he said.

According to Rico, the government is not complacent with the presence and praise of the IMF envoy who actually brought the neolib mission in Indonesia.

"we can still remember how international financial institutions such as the IMF often praise Indonesia's economic power, whereas not long after Indonesia fell into an economic crisis," he said.

Therefore, according to Rico, it is important for the people of Indonesia to choose the leader of neoliberalism in Indonesia.
